Expect empowering asanas, fluid transitions, and heart-opening and restorative poses that nurture a sense of peace and receptivity.

We will conclude with a meditative practice using intentional mudras, balancing breathwork, and powerful affirmations to deepen your connection with inner richness and joy. You will explore the natural flow of abundance within you, and set a positive, prosperous, tone for the rest of 2024.
